Stuart, Chris and Jesse moved us from 3 locations in Perth to Australind and it was honestly THE best Removalist experience we’ve ever had. The guys were so strong and expertly carried our very bulky and heavy 3 seater lounge down 3 twisting flights of stairs! This was a marvel to watch!We had so much stuff in our 3 locations (unit, storage and home) and Stuart was an expert in making sure everything fitted perfectly into the truck. They were so lovely, helpful and their humour made what could have been a stressful day, a great one. They absolutely took the stress out of the move, were on time, took the best care of our items, especially our antiques and sentimental goods. If we could give 10 stars we would! Amazing! our experience with Complete Removals & Storage was beyond exceptional. Stuart & his team were efficient, hard working and reliable. They cared for our furniture perfectly throughout the long trip from Margaret River to Perth. We were very impressed with Stuart and his team and feel thankful for the recommendation from our Realestate company. Everything from my first call, advice given, loading, the travel between destinations and unloading at our new house. Nothing was broken or marked in anyway. Stuart runs his company in such a professional, honest and kind way. His staff are happy and do their best at all times. They didn’t even complain about our new house being three stories. Just completed a job with them last Wednesday as we are moving offices. Stuart, Jesse and Chris are the team you need. They are professional, responsive, positive throughout the entire moving process. Arriving on time, checking all the items needed and job started right away.The job was tough as it requires lifting heavy objects for multiple rounds, but they managed to complete it in no time! Things were done professionally and not a scratch was noticed at all!I am really really grateful to have them agreeing to perform the removalist job for us as we were struggling to complete it ourselves.
