I was extremely disappointed in this business. The two young guys doing the moving were nice people and hard working. Unfortunately they broke a bed - in itself not a problem, (things happen), but the owner, Sven's cavalier attitude to dealing with the issue was a problem. He didn't care, brought up a small print clause and virtually told me the bed was already broken. I could not recommend this company to anyone looking for a removalist. No care, no responsibility, no interest and I'm unsure about the level of experience.I see the owner has responded, correctly saying I swore at him. Absolutely correct, but only after several minutes of trying to be reasonable, in the face of absolute denial and defiance - it was very much like dealing with a used car yard. I told him I would pay the full amount, but expected him to do the ethical thing. After I posted, he rang me wife and offered to pay the cost of repairs, if I took the post down. My response, is that it's not about the money, it's about what's right and ethical.

Sven and his team are absolutely brilliant and I wouldn't use anyone else! The Aussi team have been transporting my furniture for over 5 years now, and they are simply the best around. Initial enquiries are always answered immediately, quotes are provided very quickly, and Sven goes out of his way to find a way to meet the needs of his clients, even for last minute requests or if it means working really early in the morning or late in the evening. All of my furniture has been handled and transported carefully, it arrives in perfect condition, and cabinets, etc which have been disassembled for transport have been put back together with the upmost care. Sven and the team really are the only people that I trust to get the job done quickly, carefully, and at a great price.

Absolutely amazing service. Did the job quicker than anticipated, very well priced, made moving so much easier. The guys helped with things such as packing boxes last minute. Were lovely, respectful guys. Highly recommend aussi removals.

Aussi Removal & Delivery helped me with my move this weekend, & honestly it was the easiest move we have had.They were on time, efficient, polite & friendly.They took care of all of our belongings & made sure to not damage either house bringing the furniture out & in.We have moved a lot in the last 5 years, every other time has been stressful with the truck being late.There is no doubt I will be hiring Aussie removal & delivery when we move into our newly built house later this year.

At short notice, Sven was able to book in my move from Perth to Falcon.His team arrived early on moving day and I can’t believe how hard they worked to get everything in the truck. There was also the challenge of having to move most of the furniture down a flight of stairs.Very professional, prompt, efficient and nothing was broken or damaged.I’m a very happy customer and would recommend and use them again without hesitation.

This service ist totally awesome. I moved down under a few weeks ago. I had no plan about my life there. But this service helped me to organize my life in such a short time. AWESOME!
