Very good customer service from the team at easy storage, stored my camper trailer there and never had a problem good security I would highly recommend this place easy access and staff that are willing to help you in any way they can

Easy storage lives up to their name. Moving house and needed an in-between" place for our furniture for 6 weeks. Living 6 hours away

I have to say the service we received from Zoe was absolutely amazing, she was very friendly and was easy going to adjust to any of our needs or wants. She catered to the days we needed the storage room and getting our booking done was super easy! Definitely would recommend them .

I started with easy storage at the end of Dec 2021. Very easy to deal with, communication was great. I have only just ended my hire of the storage unit. They were very accommodating in enabling me to extend for one more week then anither then another. Very safe company, belongings were in no danger of damage or theft. Highly recommend Easy Storage Rockingham.

Units are brilliantly sized clean and easy name fits them perfectly haven't had any trouble at all.

Absolutely disappointing, racial and rubbish experience when it comes to dealing with Zoey at Easy storage.I mean she had called the police on me cause apparently she felt threatened because i opened the door to the main office as i proceeded to check up on my wife who is pregnant and looking distressed while dealing with Zoey!(As quoted by the police this would be a civil matter given the fact that there was NO threat made.)After the matter was settled with the police she then had the nerve to laugh and wave as i exited the premises.( why would you wave at the person who you felt threatened by?)I would highly recommend anyone who reads this post NOT to use Easy storage as they have no empathy when it comes to dealing with clients because apparently they are just a business"."

The team at Easy Storage were great to deal with. They were always willing to help to make our storage process smooth & easy. We used their trailer to move in and out of the unit and had 24/7 access to our belongings. We would recommend the team at Easy Storage to family and friends. Thanks for everything.

I can't thank you enough Rockingham easy storage I struggled for months to keep up with payments but I got there in the end great service easy to communicate with my stuff was safe clean and I highly recommend them

I NEED TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER DIRECTLY. NOT THE MANAGER STEVE OR ZOE!! COMPLETELY DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE WE HAVE RECEIVED RECENTLY AND WE HAVE HAD A STORAGE UNIT FOR OVER 5 MONTHS!!! CONTACT ME ASAP PLEASE, THE OWNER! Given the fact that the manager knows my family is currently homeless, we have been treated with utter disrespect!!
