Tried to send a parcel thru Sendle posting courier, the parcel stayed without being sent there . I had to go back and pick it up to send it thru another station. The lady there did not notify me the day after or entered the parcel data into the system! Terrible customer service.

I have been a customer now a year and a half and the staff are amazing and when I’ve had financial difficulties with payments they say it’s not a problem and we find the solution and my items have remained safe and secure. 10 out of 10.

They are a Hubbed location, drop off location for Sendle courier services. I dropped off a parcel to be sent. They did not scan it into the system. I discovered that later by chance when I tracked the parcel. I had to go back and pick up the parcel to send elsewhere.

The facility is fine but the values of this company is really terrible. I've paid a month in advance, gave notice and was happy to forfeit 7 days (as per their agreement), but they refused to pay any refund. They are just plain dishonest and will never get my business ever again. There are other and better options to consider.
